The Foundation’s objects are:

(a)     to identify and research, from a long-term perspective, socially relevant issues, in particular those relating to market information, access, structure and functioning, as well as those relating to (the financing of) immovable property, housing, healthcare and ageing, all for Dutch private individuals or Dutch or foreign consumers or investors, active on Dutch markets;

(b)     to inform, educate and advise consumers, government agencies, policy or opinion makers, managers of other people’s affairs, advisers and experts, supervisors and market parties, as well as to shape, implement and service online and offline public and information campaigns within the foregoing framework;

(c)     to promote interests, to conduct (collective or individual) campaigns, and to claim compensation (of damage) for private individuals and legal entities registered, or having filed an application for registration, with it, injured parties, grantors of power of attorney, clients or participants, both in and out of court;

(d)     to lend support to other private individuals and legal entities that, in any way whatsoever, represent the (interests of the) person for whom the Foundation carries out the research, promotes the interests or conducts the campaign;

(e)     to enter into, work out the details of, and perform (collective or individual) agreements for (the interests of) the person for whom the Foundation is acting.

2.2         The Foundation tries to realize its objects, inter alia, by:

(a)     shaping, publishing and motivating (proposed) changes in those areas (of policy) in which the Foundation foresees a necessity or need to make structural changes, in particular in the medium to long term;

(b)     attracting participants in activities and campaigns of the Foundation, maintaining contacts via (social) media and newsletters, and attracting contributors of resources, knowledge or relationships for the Foundation’s services, either directly or indirectly for the Foundation itself or for (the interests of) the person for whom the Foundation is, or may become, active;

(c)     bringing claims, either in or out of court, to arrange settlements, and taking other measures, in or out of court, for (the interests of) the person for whom the Foundation is acting, or directly or indirectly for the Foundation and the associated private individuals and legal entities themselves;

(d)     lending financial, legal, technical and organizational support to, and working together with, other private individuals and legal entities that represent (the interests of) the person for whom the Foundation is acting;

(e)     collecting and managing compensation of damage and expenses or other revenues, resources or benefits on account of the research, services, campaigns or claims of the Foundation or the person whose interests it promotes;

(f)     acquiring, managing and exploiting knowledge, information, data, files, relationships, resources, rights or other types of assets or tangible or intangible benefits used within the framework of its objects; and otherwise performing all such acts as may be conducive to the objects of the Foundation, by all such lawful means as the Board may deem appropriate.
